Our client, Mehboob Bangash Architects, required documentation of the existing property in the process of being renovated from a Pizza Factory to a Popeyes Restaurant. They needed accurate 3D scanning to capture both the interior and exterior of the property and create detailed building plans to aid in their workflow.

Our Solution

Our team provided a full 3D scanning service for the property, utilizing advanced scanning technology to capture both the interior and exterior of the building. Using drone technology, we captured detailed exterior to create an interactive model. Our team also created an architectural BIM (Building Information Model) for this property. This BIM serves as a valuable tool for the architects, providing them with a detailed digital representation of the building and its components. The BIM allows for better collaboration and communication between the architects and the rest of the project team, improving the overall efficiency and accuracy of the renovation project. From the BIM, we created accurate AutoCAD floor plans, elevations, site plans, reflected ceiling plans, and roof plans to be used by the architectural team, in their renovation workflow.
