As a Co-Founding Partner of Sky Sight Inc., Nat DeLorenzis is actively involved in the design, management, coordination, and technical delivery of projects across the firm's building design, interior design, and geomatics practices. She works across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and other building projects from early design development through municipal approvals, permitting, technical documentation, and implementation, while also playing a central role in project management, consultant coordination, and client communication.

Nat has particular expertise in interior design, material and finish specifications, visualization, and digital design workflows. She is actively involved in developing interior layouts, millwork and casework, material palettes, lighting and fixture selections, furniture and equipment coordination, and other detailed aspects of the built environment. Her visualization work includes Twinmotion, Adobe Photoshop, and other modelling and media tools used to communicate design intent through photorealistic imagery, presentations, and physical scale-model workflows.

Her technical experience extends across BIM, CAD, Scan-to-BIM, building measurement, reality capture, and geomatics. Nat works with terrestrial and aerial LiDAR, GNSS-collected data, photogrammetry, topographic information, and complex point-cloud datasets, including the registration and integration of aerial, exterior, interior, and site data into coordinated existing-condition models. She has experience supporting topographic data collection and post-processing for civil-design workflows, working with Autodesk Civil 3D and GIS platforms, and producing accurate spatial information for design and consultant coordination. She also has substantial experience with BOMA measurement and area analysis for commercial and leasing applications.

Prior to co-founding Sky Sight Inc., Nat worked in GIS and remote sensing roles with Pelmorex Corp. / The Weather Network and the Canadian Ice Service, where her work involved satellite and SAR imagery, spatial-data processing, automated and manual feature analysis, statistical analysis, and visualization using advanced GIS and remote-sensing software.

Nat holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies (Honours) from the University of Waterloo and a Transport Canada Advanced Operations RPAS Pilot Certificate.
